Since 1996 I've been offering high-powered mentoring help on a global basis. Several years ago a team of participants estimated the overall net improvement of revenues of all registrants on an annualized basis, and then cut that number in half. The resultant amount was $660 million.
The mentor program is conducted with Master Mentors, each personally trained by Alan Weiss.
I'm inviting those who are interested and qualified to participate in a "sea change" in my approach. As of January 1, 2013,all of my traditional mentoring work will be conducted by over 40 Master Mentors around the world, all of whom are "graduates" of the Mentor Program and all of whom were personally trained by me.
I've consulted with people globally on needs and preferences, and I've studied what some others are doing who have strong brands, long-time relationships, and requests for more intimate growth experiences. I've tried to synthesize what I've learned and heard with my unique communities and my own strengths.
This is a new and unique offering for graduates of the Million Dollar Consulting® College (others may be admitted at my discretion). It is limited to 20 participants and will be held at Castle Hill Inn, Newport, RI on June 20-23. Consider it the PhD program in your business and life.
Many consultants dream of larger engagements. Despite an avowed passion and a high degree of competence many of us find ourselves incarcerated in the “prisons of our experience,” and thus unable to fulfil our full potential. We fail to generate larger volume, highly profitable projects.
After a hugely successful inaugural in Atlanta in 2015 and a smash hit in Los Angeles in 2016 (“The best convention of its kind—ever!”)I’m pleased to announce our third annual conference. I will personally be doing two interactive general sessions. We will have three other general sessions, six concurrent sessions repeated twice, and an all-star panel.
Take the fast ferry, auto ferry, or plane to Nantucket. Opening reception on June 5, September 11. All meals are included. We officially end with lunch on June 8 or September 14, but anyone who wants to stay is invited to discussions, events, and dinner that evening. Lodging is included.
We are inviting a dozen people who are solo practitioners or small firm owners in the professional services space, who make a minimum of seven figures annually, for a three-day meeting at a very high-end resort. We will exchange marketing ideas, collaborate on leads, mutually solve business problems, examine maximization of profit, and also have access to great golf, tennis, scuba diving, etc.
I have both commercially published and self-published with considerable success (32 books in 9 languages). I have commercially published with co-authors. However, I've found a significant number of people who have passionate and legitimate reasons to self-publish for the purposes I've mentioned above. I haven't been able to provide much help before, and I've considered this to be an area I should support.
For the first time, I'm offering a service to take your manuscript and create a soft cover or hard cover book, with options based on your needs for everything from proofing through tailored web support page and video (see samples below). You can choose what you need. The result will be your intellectual property in a book you can be proud of.
This is an opportunity to do in 2.5 days what takes most people most of a year: Create, practice (live and on video), and plan to market a speech. That includes content, examples, fees, stage mechanics, potential buyers, the works. We do that in the comfort of my home with a professional videographer making DVDs you can keep.
This is a unique experience for the professional speaker who wants to become world class and depart from the crowd. The goal is simple: To take you in two days from good to incredible, from competent to charismatic. You will be able to command a room and command fees commensurate with your presence and results.
Alan Weiss, the most successful and well known solo consultant in the world, has personally selected 18 people who are superb speakers as well as distinguished experts in their fields. Unlike speakers bureaus which deal with event planners at tactical levels, we interact with executives in for-profit and non-profit organizations on a strategic basis to bring these thought leaders to audiences in a customized manner.
One of my long-term plans was to license my intellectual property, and I'm now in a position to do so, because there is a critical mass of programming and a critical mass of eligible, potential licensees. My intent is to teach personally only new programs and a couple of favorites, and allow others to teach the rest.
